House Of Many Colors is a real estate investment and remodeling company. We have been renovating distressed homes and small multifamily properties since 2002. Our mission is to improve community. We help wake up blighted neighborhoods by bringing new life to deserving residences. We specialize in helping homeowners move past their problem properties with individually crafted solutions based on each seller’s personal needs.

Real estate has always been about more than houses for me.

It’s about people. Timing. Transitions. Hard seasons. New beginnings.

For over 20 years, my husband Rick and I have renovated and sold homes in Arizona, Wisconsin and Texas. Rick is a licensed commercial and residential general cotractor. Thanks to Rick’s experience, appraisals and inspections are unnecessary when we’re not using conventional financing. Rick knows what he sees when he is looking at it. I'm the deal maker and people person.

I've been the investor, the rehaber, and the landlord. I understand what it takes to turn a distressed property into something valuable again. Whether it's cash now, income over time or something more creative, I will stick with you to come up with the best solution to suite your needs.
